The Scientific Program Committee invites authors to submit abstracts for presentation for the ECM11. Abstracts should be submitted using no later than July 1, 2015.

 

• A submitter can participate in with maximum 3 abstracts.

• All abstract must be submitted in English

• All abstracts must not exceed one page for the body text.

• All submitters of accepted abstracts are expected to pay registration fees. Abstracts of submitters without paid registration will be drawn from the program. 

• All abstracts should be submitted using the online submission system.

• Abstracts submitted via fax or email will not be accepted.

SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

After the deadline for abstract submission, any change related to abstracts cannot be made. Please make sure all the submitted information is accurate before the deadline. Registration and Abstract Submission is a one step process. When you filled in Registration and Abstract Submission form, you will be automatically registered. 

 

EVALUATION

The final decision of the acceptance, type of presentation and schedule will be done by the scientific committee and it will be communicated to the authors via email immediately after the reviewing process. All submitters will then receive the final status (accepted or rejected) by email. Abstracts will be included in the abstract book available to all participants.

 

GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTATION
 

Oral presentation

Oral presentation should be supported by a PowerPoint presentation. No slides, videotapes or laptops will be accepted. The maximum speaking time for oral presentation is 20 minutes: 15 min. for the lecture and 5 min. for discussion. This time frame will be strictly adhered to by the session chairmen.

There will also be a facilitator in each session room to help with any technical issues. Each session room will be equipped with audio visual equipment.

Poster

Size of the poster board is 100 cm (height) x 70 cm (width).
