Registration
For the Overseas Participants
For the Turkish Citizens
* Please note that the abstracts of participants who were registered after August 20, 2015 will not be published on the abstract book.
** Proof of student status should be sent to the meeting secretariat (under graduate, graduate and research assistants).
Registration fees include:
- Meeting bag and other documents (except for accompanying person)
- Welcome party
- Lunches
- Gala dinner
- Coffee breaks
- Social events

Payment
Registration fee must be deposited in the following bank account. For the confirmation of the payment, the bank receipt should be sent to the Meeting Secretariat by e-mail (ecm11van@gmail.com). For students, this e-mail should include a copy of the student certificate. The bank receipts must contain the full name of participants and/or accompanying persons. For the co-authored works, each of the authors participating in the meeting must paid registration fee.
